Psychological Pressure – The FBI, Polygraphs and Ostracism

Breault said the boater is not a suspect but that investigators “really do need to talk with the person.” The boater has not voluntarily come forward to speak with investigators … .

… so she encouraged anyone who had been at the lake, located near Interstate 380, to call — even if they didn’t see the girls.

“Don’t assume we know what you know,” she said.

Misty Cook-Morrissey goes against her attorney’s advice and takes another polygraph to clear up what she was told were inconclusive results of a previous polygraph.
Although it’s her choice to take as many as asked or to take none at all, the motivation seemed to be withdrawal of family kindnesses and the application of blame, suspicion and ostracism. (COINTELPRO in its basest form)

Why did the FBI wait until now to make this grand concerted effort to publicize about this mystery paddle boat person and ask that anyone who was at the lake come forward? Just because Misty Cook-Morrisey’s second polygraph was satisfactory?
Has all this time passed before the FBI would put forth a larger effort to find the children because of their demanding a re-poly?

I had a dream it was some dark haired man wearing a light blue t-shirt who had a red pickup who took them.
I’m not psychic or anything, but I thought it was weird I had a dream about them. Just had to type it.
