Kim Chi

The pungent smell of garlic, cabbage and hot pepper are filling the house. If I’m lucky, it will ferment like crazy in two days instead of three. I made this batch extra spicy. 🙂
This 3 lb. Napa cabbage made a final product of about 6 cups including the 5 green onions and 2 carrots.
