“I have to go back. Uh, I’m not certain whether that was addressed or not,” Mueller said when asked by Rep. Tom Graves, R-Ga., about a distinction between domestic and foreign targeting
Graves followed up asking whether “from a historical perspective,” the federal government has “the ability to kill a U.S. citizen on United States soil or just overseas.”
“I’m going to defer that to others in the Department of Justice,” Mueller replied.
The Director of the FBI has no idea if they can “legally” assassinate you on US soil. What were they going to do, wait for their first US kill and then hash it out, slip in some retroactive mumbo jumbo or cause some judges to interpret their murder without impunity clause as okey dokey for the Homeland?
It would probably be wise to be on your best behavior until Constitution killer and wordsmither Holder can set it in vaguery or in obliteration of the US Constitution…as he thinks due process has nothing to do with judicial process. So, in order to make it fit, all they did was shift the process to let the military scoop you up, place a black hood on your head and gleam that you are not deprived since you have none of these rights under military combatant rules.
“The Fifth Amendment says to the federal government that no one shall be “deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” The Fourteenth Amendment, ratified in 1868, uses the same eleven words, called the Due Process Clause, to describe a legal obligation of all states.”
