Another Interview

A store owner:

She says there are a certain “class” of customers who, when she greets them, stick their nose in the air and ignore her.

She would not have employees who would blankly stare at customers at the checkout. Also, if an employee weren’t knowledgeable about a certain product or procedure, she would have them be honest and then get a manager, instead of lie to the customer about a service or product.
