An unmarked white Crown Vic with Missouri tags, dark tinted windows, law enforcement issue hub caps, a side view spot light and a thin light bar inside the rear window with two male occupants in coats sat across the road facing the street. It followed from the residential area 20 minutes across the state line in Kansas to the highway going toward Missouri. After five minutes or so a city cop with no lights/sirens came up from behind going about 70-75 mph, and swooped in front. After a few seconds the city cop floored it again and swooped the next car up ahead and went on without lights/sirens.
The Crown Vic eventually pulled alongside and drove parallel until the exit of choice was reached. The overweight driver peered into the window as the car exited from the highway. Follow someone your own size.
One block north further up ahead on the city street, sitting on a side street and ignoring at least two cycles of green lights, was a marked highway patrol car which pulled out just after the car approached.
