The government…well, the FBI…has declared most of these involved folks terrorists. Even if they’re not engaged in actions against the US, as the LA arsonist proclaimed publicly he was, they’re going to be unlawfully inserted into the enemy combatant slot. An action against a single individual does not translate into an action against the US…but watch and see…someone will be charged in that manner.
